Orders

Orders can be placed via fax (0741455303) or phone (0402116124). We kindly request you only call during the hours of 10am - 4pm. 

We will forward you an invoice with payment details which enables you to forward payment. Once payment has been received, your order will be despatched on the first monday after. Payment will need to be received before 1PM Sunday's to be sent on the following Monday. 

CactusIsland Nursery also offers a sourcing service, if you are looking for something specific, let us know.

Most bulk orders are ordered in for you, and will incur a delay in despatch of aproximately 2-4 weeks. Bulk orders will need to be paid in full before they are ordered in.

Payment

The following methods are accepted:

• Paypal (Paypal accepts credit card, cheque & bank deposit)  
• Bank deposit
• Money Order (Takes aprox 2 weeks to clear)
• Cash
• Credit Card (through Paypal's secure payment services. No need to sign up.      

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Accounts only offered at our discretion. Overdue accounts incur an administration fee of $10 a week. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Postage:

All CactusIsland Nursery's plants are packaged in recycled cardboard boxes. We use recycled products wherever we can. Roots are wrapped in sphagnum moss or newspaper shreds, depending on the size of the plant. Plants are always marked with the species name if you are ordering multiple species for easy identification. Most plants will receive a trim before being packed to reduce moisture loss and transplant stress. Plants are soaked in seaweed solution before sending to ensure you will receive nice, healthy plants ready to grow. We use Australia Post for all orders, unless otherwise requested. Express Post is used where practical & where costs permit. Express Post includes a tracking number, and will take 3-4 working days to reach your location. Regular Post takes 4-6 days. Plants are only posted on monday's to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. No orders are sent out around public holidays, christmas, easter etc. Please note that CactusIsland Nursery cannot accept responsibility for packages/plants damaged during transport, this is beyond our control and will need to be taken up with Australia Post.
