EUPHORBIA TRIGONA
Euphorbia Trigona is a great looking succulent. As the name suggests ‘Trigona’ it has triangle shaped branches. It has one main upright stem with side branches also pointing upward. The plant can grow to a height of 1.8-2.4m and tolerates full sun (although it may fade/produce brownish spots/endings), semi-shade and full shade. It has bronze green to bright green foliage and white blooms. As with all Euphorbia’s the sap is caustic and care needs to be taken when handling! All parts of the plant are poisonous when ingested. Trigonas are very drought tolerant and make a good landscape plant, add some height to your low garden plants or creepers or grow in a tall pot as a feature on the patio.
